... I think at this point, you're good to go. Just promise me you'll drink plenty of fluids, to help deal with the last bits of residual burn, and don't wear anything too tight on your right arm.

Oh, and look out for Ivan, because if you're ready to go hang with Waku, you're ready to get back to duty, and at this point I can't cover for you anymore.
