Um... well, I work for DATS, right? Well... early last morning, I went out to mountain climb and I met someone that was on the list of known hostiles and so is someone else that I'm friends with. I... don't know what to do. Should I report where they're hiding in and risk losing them as friends or do I keep that a secret and risk getting into trouble...?

Well, it's quite a dilemma... the politican in me says to bring them in, they might actually hurt people the next time they try something like this. Make them be punished so that many aren't injured or killed. It's a perfectly logical course of action. But... then you'd be betraying your friendship, breaking that loyalty, and that's something that can never be fully regained.

I know you have a good heart, Hoshi, and whichever way it tells you to go will be the one that's best, no matter what decision it is. I could counsel you further on this, but this call is one you must make yourself.
