There should be a wire that splits into two at the end. One part of each end goes in each ear. Then on the little 'Oracle Bell' thing there should be an arrow. Press that and music should start.

If you wanna change the music just press the buttons 'till you work it out or ask Mother. It's kinda hard to explain over these things.
