Hey, I wanna fill you in that I trained Batgirl for what has been unofficially coined as "Operation: Avenge Jinx." From what I could tell, she's a good fighter both tactfully and physically. She nearly had me there for a couple of times when I thought I was getting ahead, too! I'd advise you to make sure that her partner and herself are working together, since that can help out significantly when she fights. Other than that? She's pretty awesome when it comes to brawling!

Hey, I'm here on Tiffany's behalf that she's helping out with the unofficial plan known as "Operation: Avenge Jinx". She's good with her spells, however I'd try to raise her confidence in battle so that she's not so nervous. Mm, I'll keep on working with her so that I can boost her morale, but she's getting there. She's not there yet, but she'll get there soon enough!

Is that so? Hmmm... Well, she definitely could use the practice of casting under pressure.

Give her a bit of wide berth in front of her while she's casting, and she should be a great asset to you.

I've been teaching her proper energy channeling so that she can harness her inner power to fuel her spells, and I've taught her several basic cantrips.

I've also been teaching her to keep track of what kinds of errors she makes that cause other effects to manifest, so that she can realiably recreate those effects should she need to.

She may be a potent pyromancer someday, if I do say so myself. XD

I myself have not trained her, but apparently she has natural reflexes for combat. As well, I have trained her in several styles of combat both armed and unarmed.

I've taught her the theory behind it. Whether or not she's taken it to heart yet, that's another matter. She's young, and it's certainly not an easy thing to accomplish. She's also got severe confidence issues, which doesn't help.

But she's got great things ahead of her, I can tell.

Hm, well that's another thing I'll have to work on with her! A motto I live by is train the mind first, then the body second. And, yes, she is young... Although, I'll work on her confidence issues slowly! I wasn't captain of my team back home for nothing.

I prefer to teach mind and body in unison, myself. Especially with the changes that have hit so many mages in coming here, it's vitally necessary to understand the flow of your own body's energy before you try casting your spells once again. I really think that's the biggest hurdle that a lot of people are hitting...

Once that's caught up on, other teachings can follow. :)

If it helps to understand where I'm coming from, I'm a shaman and, well... my furyoku is something that flows through my body constantly, so it's kinda like being a mage in that sense.

Of course, I'm not saying your tactics are bad.

There is. She is extremely well motivated in her goals. It'll make things easier.

I can also spare a couple hours a day helping before I have to get back on the Joker's erratic path.
